Sirve para describir lo ocurrido, no para entender lo que est\u00e1 pasando ni anticipar lo que viene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-ast-global-color-6-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-ast-global-color-6-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#9b106d\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Por qu\u00e9 esto genera malas decisiones<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando una empresa mide s\u00f3lo lo b\u00e1sico, se simplifica el problema y todo el ausentismo se ve igual, cuando en realidad no lo es. Se pierde el contexto, y no se entiende:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>cu\u00e1ndo ocurre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d\u00f3nde ocurre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>con qu\u00e9 frecuencia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>en qu\u00e9 condiciones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y sin contexto, no hay decisi\u00f3n posible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-ast-global-color-6-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-ast-global-color-6-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#9b106d\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Qu\u00e9 indicadores de ausentismo realmente importan<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El salto de calidad no est\u00e1 en tener m\u00e1s datos, sino en medir mejor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Algunos indicadores clave:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Tasa de ausentismo por unidad operativa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El promedio global no sirve para gestionar. Se pueden entender problemas con un an\u00e1lisis por:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sector<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sucursal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>centro de costos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Evoluci\u00f3n temporal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El ausentismo no es est\u00e1tico. Mirar su evoluci\u00f3n permite detectar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>tendencias<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>picos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>estacionalidad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esto es lo que habilita la anticipaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Recurrencia de ausencias<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No todas las ausencias tienen el mismo impacto. Identificar recurrencias permite:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>detectar comportamientos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>anticipar conflictos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>entender causas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Impacto en costos laborales<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El ausentismo no es s\u00f3lo un dato de RRHH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es un problema econ\u00f3mico, cuando se mide su impacto en:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>horas extras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>coberturas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>productividad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">empieza a tener sentido para Direcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El error m\u00e1s com\u00fan: tener datos y no usarlos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoy, muchas organizaciones ya tienen informaci\u00f3n de asistencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero el problema no es la disponibilidad de datos. Es que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>no se estructuran como indicadores<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>no se conectan con la operaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>no se transforman en decisiones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El resultado es siempre el mismo: mucha informaci\u00f3n, poca gesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>De control a gesti\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La diferencia entre controlar y gestionar est\u00e1 en el uso de los datos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Controlar = registrar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gestionar = interpretar + decidir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando una empresa trabaja con indicadores adecuados, puede:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>detectar desv\u00edos antes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mejorar planificaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reducir costos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>actuar con anticipaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#9b106d\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Conclusi\u00f3n<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El problema no es no tener datos.<br>El problema es no medir lo correcto.<br>Porque en gesti\u00f3n de asistencia:<br><strong>lo que no se mide bien, no se
